The government, who owns and controls the market have given them the conditions and rules but you're here saying they can't be forced. Let them relocate then. No be by force na.

And if the rule says your shop must be opened on Mondays and you know that you can not cope with such rule, why not relocate to where you can open your shop any day you want, even if it's only once a week.
