What Obi is telling you all is that he will be on the ballot as VP and not as president. Being on the ballot does not mean being a presidential candidate. Both president and VP are named on the ballots and that is what he means. He knows that he cannot win the presidential ticket of the ADC but will beg the likes of Amaechi to give him the VP slot.
