Is it legal for the political parties to ask their candidates to swear to an affidavit that they will resign and drop their mandate should they win and decide to decamp to another party, so a vacancy can be declared and another election conducted?

If Atiku can eat his humble pie and support obi, he will rattle all the states in Nigeria with votes. Even the north know better now. Imagine someone who spent nothing to garner such number of votes compared to Atiku, who spent billions, starting from the phc primaries getting such number of votes and with such a slim margin. Tinubu simply packed obi's votes under the guise of technical glitch as reported by the inec. The Mr technical glitch has now been handsomely rewarded, just as they promised him.

Obi's ambition and efforts to help rescue Nigeria and defenceless Nigerians is not the first in the country's history. Tinubu and Buhari all plotted horrible evil against this country to gain power. They visited the US condemning the incompetence of the government then. They've devilishly gotten the power and for years now we've indeed witnessed their liberation of Nigeria. Obi or any other person condemning Tinubu doesn't hate him. They only hate his corruptly inhuman government.
