They have mastered cheating during electioneering processes. They cannot win anything without manipulation. Democracy is not for Africa. |

DesChyko:Nigerian TelCos with their throttled bandwidth. It took close to 20 seconds to load this simple page with 4G. Now imagine this is 2G. Once your phone shows 3G in Nigeria, be sure you're offline. |

mankan2k7:You are right that's why anytime there was an election people will start to post fake results on nairaland and other social Media platforms. Also, some news media will also post fake results on their website. The authentic results are usually the ones released by INEC from Collation offices. What losers want is to create a legal ground for the propagation of false results using different channels and to insist those fake results are the authentic results thereby creating chaos and crisis. |

The APC senators know its possible but they are looking for a loophole to rig elections! They claim to be popular but are having a hard time trying to implement a process to assert their popularity! As much as most Nigerians desire to replace the current president that has performed abysmally in every sector, humongous efforts should be made to replace most if not all the senators and national assembly members with capable candidates who can speak truth to power instead of these rubberstamp national assembly members! |

FUNNY HOW WE THINK PEOPLE WHO RIG THEIR WAY IN WILL ALLOW ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION. THAT TECHNICALLY MEANS THEIR WONT BE RIGGING AND YOU THINK THEY WILL ALLOW THAT PEACEFULLY I EXPECT THAT EVERYWHERE SHOULD BE HOT NOW AS THEM NO ALLOW ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION, BUT THEN SOME PEOPLE DONT EVEN HAVE A CLUE OF WHATS GOING ON. LIKE I USE TO SAY, WE ARE NOT READY FOR IMPROVEMENT YET |

Christmyhope:That's not always the case. Banking activities are not always perfect, but most times they do come through after few minutes delays. It's not even as if anyone goes to bank frequently these days. Beside, why should a single day out of the whole 365 days on a Saturday and Sunday where most corporations are not operational. Network for less than 200 thousand machines, when the TELCOs serve hundred millions of subscribers on mobile devices daily. |

donself9:Mr man, Nigeria is doing e-transmission of results in 2027 if u no hear english. No going back, we are moving forward. There is no problem also in telling INEC to rely on manual where service fail. Listen, it is where service may fail which is less than 20% of the country if at all there will be according to Telcos It is simple precautionary. Make una dey listen to other people too. ![]() |

By lailo:That is where you got it All wrong, In Nigeria when you creat a condition the condition becomes the norm we focus on loopholes and use it to ourself interest, incase you still dont get where senate clause said, where there is no network or glitch making it impossible to transmit ECa8 SHALL be the ON primary source of coalition and to declare the result what that means is, politician just have to ensure Network doesn't work in Areas of interest ... iREV is defeated n buried for such areas meaning we are back to electoral act '22 a politician can just bribe a Presiding officer say No network, dont send .... iRev faith is in the hands of network, politicians and presiding officier That tew many risk to guarantee credible election Nigerians are yearning for |

donself9:Let us take off all these fear fear for once and TRUST the system at least. TELCOS is non-political and the body that will ensure steady network. Telcos leader has spoken in favour of the bill which shows he is supporting the etransmission and not APC apologist. So no politician can have power to interfere with network of any area since TELCOS is the network provider and not politician. Let's trust INEC to do their job and contest the process if we see any infraction. At least in the history of the country, there has been tremendous progress in our electoral process especially 2023 election. I know u wont agree with me. But I have never seen election in this country like that where the first 3 main candidates have almost equal digits and won same number of states E never happen before. Even the winner lost in his own state (e never happen before), lost some states in his zone, lost the FCT and some traditional states that usually belong to ruling party. E-transmission will happen, politicians will try to manipulate it but INEC and Nigerians will win laslas. |
