Kumuyiii:My AC man told me 100k. Another guy i asked said 70k. The thing is, i want to have like 200k before I go and replace it, cos I always find that once they start AC component replacement, they almost always find out that you have to replace some other components...I don't want them to remove compressor and then tell me even condenser and valve need replacement. By the way, i drive a 2008 Honda Accord. |

Pearl1910:True Mehn seeing that video gave me some flashback trips I did at late night at about 11 pm One of it was to deep into ajah down Addo road to the end (3 ppl 2 huge guys and a lady) The other I picked two guys at ketu bustop dropped them at a club. This two trips left my heart beating all through the ride with varying thoughts At a point I was already calculating that I go beg for my life if anything sup I won’t confront Oga just take anything you want and go I drove so uncomfortable on those trips. Now I either do morning/noon and I round up by 7/8 only taking trip to my home point. If you do night abeg stay alert and as said Pick the trips well, and aim at carrying a single passenger. |

dreezy007:This your 3rd paragraph made me laugh so hard I almost pass bus stop way i dey go, if not for the bus driver that reminded me ![]() As someone that solely does overnight driving, I understand what was going through your mind. I experienced it a lot when I first started, that's before I stop going everywhere and I picked places I know very well and stuck to them (surulere, akowonjo, ikeja). I carry mostly oloshos/runs girls going from their house to club, or from one club to another. I always call. If I call and it's a guy on the line, I assess the voice...if I'm not comfortable with the person's spirit, i just cancel. If I get to pick up point, and there are multiple guys and I'm not comfortable with them, I just drive off. But that rarely happens. Really, 90% of my late night riders are female. ..and most time, solo female. I even turned one of my late night encounters with one young girl to a story (using my alternate nairaland acvount). I would have posted it here, but I no wan derail I love working at night though...I love eavesdropping on conversations from these oloshos...omo, truth is stranger than fiction. |

TUBLEZ:Lol...you never drive through the off roads on Admiralty at night before? Omo, that whole Admiralty na uber road side hotel ...see drivers with mosquito nets on their windows as they sleep, snoring away ![]() Anyway, I go to safe places with bubbling night life...like akowonjo road by De Dems club, Adeniran Ogunsanya, Bode Thomas, front of Rita Lori hotel and Akerele roads (all in surulere, close to Shitta), and lastly Ikeja City Mall car park. This is even like the safest of all, just pay your 300 naira for parking when driving out. |

Hello everyone, good day. Please I’m working on a feasibility study for a new mobility/logistics platform (similar to Uber/Bolt/inDrive exploring some new features for users). I am currently collecting feedback from drivers in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt to better understand: realistic trips per day minimum fare expectations fuel/daily cost realities major pain points on existing apps what would make drivers join a new platform The survey is short (less than 5 minutes) and responses are confidential. It’s purely for research. If you’re a driver (Uber/Bolt/InDrive/offline), please help fill it here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfcbPgFOJ_IHclPvZTsx7ROgo7Dcz-tSfN55P30luuC9SIz7g/viewform?usp=header If you also know other drivers please share with them too. If you have any proof (trip history, earnings screenshot, receipts, etc.), it will go a long way in strengthening the study, so we kindly encourage you to include it where possible. Oh and Agent name is Michael. Thanks a lot people. 🙏 |

I sleep at the back seat.. I roll down my back windows and use net.. Honestly it feels comfortable, if I work till around 2am , I won't wake early to work. The only reason ill wake early around let's say 5am is to bath then go back to sleep. Anytime I have to work midnight, I won't start work early, ill sleep till let's say 9am,. Trust me, you will be energized for the next day work Shimmaa: |
