Someone lives in Mexico. Scams the US government. Travels to UK and get caught at Heathrow. Wetin you wan Nigerian government to do bai? To tell him not to do fraud in Mexico? Or wetin? That your "stringent law" proposal is dead on arrival. There is a global penalty for fraud depending on Jurisdiction it is committed. When it happens, the law takes its course. It has nothing to do with ethnic nationality of the perpetrator. Copy that?
