Okay. I wasn't the one that was refused tho. I hope he sees this.

Me I did biometrics on 25th November for student visa. They haven't replied yet.

Pls is it DHL that will call me directly when they want to return my passport because agent didn’t use my mail and phone number for TLSCONTACT appointment

I was given DHL track number that I used to check everyday

when you gave your delivery adress you gave your phone number correct? If you they should call when reach your location

Yeah. I put my phone number correctly but my Job has taken me to another location. Bro, can I change location with DHL to bring it to the state i am working now. I’ve waited so long and I never knew I will be transferred to another location

Oh yeah. I was asking if they will send those details to the number and the mail they collected the day of the appointment or they will send to the number and mail the agent used during booking of appointments. That number on the checklist slips they gave to us back
