There would be regional command and they have to work in sync and agree on their actions ! Central command outs lots of power in the centre and we have seen how this has been abused over the years

If the present president can't stop it, then it's to try another president. Nigeria has the military power to stop this crisis but politics won't let that happen. I can't say whether obi or atiku would stop it because I can't see the future however the present president has proved he can't stop the insecurity.
