I believe men should avoid meeting with women alone. If such meetings occur without a third person, make sure all conversations are recorded and stored. There is often a tendency to believe a woman more if she claims to have been harmed.

If that boy is anyway related to me, I would have pushed for legal actions. They should sue her ar*se back to the stone age. They should squeeze her and collect every dime from her and her family. Someone needs to be taught a bitter lesson before their ruin the life of an innocent soul

That video is not enough to absolve her of facing the law. She must prove her case with evidence and if she really wants to apologize it will be on my own legal term not on her emotional term

I hate the fact that everyone is coming up with ideas that false rape accusations should be handle seriously yet nothing will be done about this people... If as a man, you were falsely accused of raping anyone and it turns out you are innocent please don't take it lightly with that man/woman accusing you of being a rapist... Get a lawyer and sue the person to court for defamation of character...

Males are endangerd species in the hands of the female folks globally and it didn't start today. Several notable men had been accused of rape and people swallowed their story hook, line and sinker. I remember the otobo girl vs pastor suleman of edo state. People carried the story for months and despite the lady openly apologising later,.many still didn't believe it never happened. They said the man of God had bribed and threatened her behind the scene. There have always been reported rape cases, (people should not misquote me), Rapists exist and need to be dealt with)but how many of such reports are actually true? Some are defamatory.

This is a year of confession among the female gender. I hope our society treats such cases with all manner of seriousness. Rape should be viewed from the perspectives of both genders. I had been raped before as a child. I felt so disgusted when the woman was doing the nonsense. I didn't understand what it was cos it was so strange to me . Till today, I didn't tell my mum about it. Anytime such is being reported by female, true or untrue, people go emotional, as if the man should be eliminated. Who will now apply the same emotion to the account of males who also report such? You can imagine the falsely accused had been lynched, as it happens in some odd societies all in the name of religion. He'd have died for nothing. How many of false accusers had ever come out to apologise sef?

All these rape allegations and similar incidents are happening because today’s men are quite weak. Women are not joking — they are very determined to subdue men, weaken their dignity, and ensure that they are relegated to the background, with no power to fight back.

The sad thing is that these women are able to achieve their aims against men with the active support of men — the very targets of their plans. All these “mummy’s boys,” who have refused to toughen up and assert their God-given authority and dignity, are the real reason many men are having harrowing experiences at the hands of women.

For instance, a woman is bold enough to publicly slap a man over a minor misunderstanding at an ATM stand. When the man retaliates by slapping her back, some men stupidly stand up in defence of the mannerless and rude woman. They even attempt to beat the man. What kind of injustice is that? The argument is that the man should have restrained himself. But what about the woman? She, of course, is allowed to do as she pleases!

I am not a misogynist. I respect women, but I will not allow any woman to trample on my dignity without consequences. That is why I do not mingle with them unnecessarily. I have also trained my son to follow the same pattern — respect everybody, but never allow anyone to take advantage of you in the name of anything.

As I said earlier, men allowed what they are facing today to start right from their homes. When you see your son always clinging to his mother, shouting “my mummy, my mummy” all over the house, and as a man you watch without correcting him, how would such a boy grow up and not become a weak man?

African men, especially, need to wake up from their slumber.
