GloriousGbola:Very well said, or is it the craziness that happens at university parties/bonfires where a girl would be doing what could be termed open air romance in the course of dancing, going one guy after another, then all of a sudden because some guys can't wait their turn or feel like the girl has been monopolized proceed to mob assault her Indian men style, and the result is either a fight between the girl and the guys (if she's strong enough), or she succumbs and she leaves the place in tears. Back then, being "decent" was not being a part of the mob and in our minds we'd feel like the girl was making a mountain of what had happened to her, afterall "nothing had changed", and the anger you feel towards the guys is they messed what was a good thing up for everyone. But with maturity you know it's two very different things, and her consent and control over what was happening was just as important as what was happening. Or is it the entitlement guys feel to sex from a girl once they hear she's easy game, to the extent where they'd pick offence if she rebuffs their advances? We see symptoms of this play out in our markets where men assume they can assault a woman because she's skimpily dressed. On the flip side, there's also a culture around sex that makes women believe they must play silly resistance games that's akin to a fight with the guy so they don't look "cheap", and if you take cue and not push when she puts up that resistance they say you didn't want them enough, or not a real G or whatever. These conversations are pretty nuanced, and the feminists and red pillers who are essentially two sides of the same coin pick very extreme positions that prevents people from coming to the truth of male-female relationship dynamics. Nothing gets reesolved, and the actual bad eggs in the male-female camps hide under the confusion to continue doing awful stuff. |

iamoyindamola:The hálfwit can never be more feminist than Dr. Olufunmilayo on Twitter pre-2020. After a woman ruined him and he was jobless from 2020 to 2023 when he was fully exonerated in the U.K., nobody is more redpiller than him. He can never be more feminist than Solomon Buchi was pre-2022 who is hard on these issues now. The very case on frontage is of the girl falsely accusing her coursemate via WhatsApp. She's being investigated now but, according to Kim Kardashian, WhatsApp chats are inadmissible when charged to court. I can go on and on. --- The knuckléhead should threaten someone this minute with violence or admit to a crime on WhatsApp then see if the Evidence Act of 2011 and Cybercrime Act won't be activated. There's life beyond the fleeting likes and posturing on Nairaland. |

Remember this clearly: It was Nasiru El-Rufa’i who stood at Chatham House and answered security questions on behalf of Bola Ahmed Tinubu. On that same day, at that same venue, Reno was outside protesting that Tinubu should not become president.Copied as Seen on Facebook. |

Spy360:If any govt can do it, why did it take the APC govt to build the 2nd Niger bridge after all these years Are you saying those roads do not make the lives of the people better? You can protest by refusing to ply those roads |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by raumdeuter: 1:39pm On Feb 21 |
semid4lyfe:The story you read on NL that was referenced, how is it different from what the fired dispatch guy did? |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by raumdeuter: 1:52pm On Feb 21 |
BlueRayDick:The person you quoted lives in Nigeria and still admits that road construction going on all over the country is a good thing at least makes part of his life better unlike you When we give you these evidence even from people living in Nigeria you dismiss it and go on your essays about how nothing is good |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 2:08pm On Feb 21 |
raumdeuter:Do well to show me just one post from me dismissing Tinubu's administration constructing roads! Just show me one. I know u like to major in the minor and amplify inanities. Why do I need to make a post praising Tinubu for constructing roads? The same roads Jonathan constructed and you still find ways to point out so many failings of his government. But here you are wanting me to praise Tinubu for doing something as basic as constructing roads while other aspects of the common man's lives continue to suffer. I will continue to point out the failings of the current government and I will watch how u will try to make light of his failure in Ur attempt to make it seem like he's done anything out of the ordinary despite claiming to be fixing Nigeria. 🤮🤮🤮 |

Amoto94:This is horrible. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by raumdeuter: 2:20pm On Feb 21 |
BlueRayDick:You have posted many times that no one can mention 3 ways lives of people improved. I have mentioned more than 3 including the roads which you dismiss. Even this poster said you roads but you conveniently cut it out to continue with your agenda If he has not done anything out of the ordinary and road construction is basic then previous admin would have done it too and we wont have the huge infrastructure deficit If Jonathan like you claimed did those roads then Tinubu wont have to do it. Jonathan even said openly he would go on exile if he didnt complete 2nd Niger Bridge. Yet it took Buhari to complete it Tinubu is making progress |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 2:23pm On Feb 21 |
raumdeuter:Not to take any stars from his infrastructure achievements, but everybody does roads. Most of the roads Tinubu is doing now was not bad during GEJ's time Sagamu-Ijebuode wasn't bad Benin-Asaba wasn't bad We can praise him for this, but that doesn't mean the others didn't do any road. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 2:25pm On Feb 21 |
raumdeuter:Which useless progress when over 141 million Nigerians live below poverty line in 2026 according to PWC? There's no government that has ruled Nigeria since 1999 that didn't construct/rehabilitate roads, so what makes Tinubu special? Maybe because he awarded some road construction projects to his cronies ( who are of questionable character) without following due process. Continue to tell yourself what makes u happy. Not like I take anything u say about Tinubu's so called progress to heart Sha. Enjoy your weekend. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by raumdeuter: 2:30pm On Feb 21 |
izzou:Has he even been praised for it? BlueRayDick claims no positive has come from this govt. But people who live in Nigeria are claiming that all over there are major road projects Other govt probably did but maybe not at this rate or the quality differs and people are saying they are mostly concrete roads which means better technology maybe last longer and not the wishy washy jobs of the past. That is strategic thinking New roads like Sokoto Badagry, coastal roads to open new corridors never thought of before shows that is next level thinking like he did in Lagos where he tamed the Atlantic instead of using bucket to scoop ocean water like previous admins will be doing and claiming they also did something |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by raumdeuter: 2:36pm On Feb 21 |
BlueRayDick:Those 61% of Nigerians living under poverty will determine next year who they want to rule them If you like award your project to your right hand or your wife. What people care about is that they have the road to use. Do you ask about who was awarded the 3rd mainland bridge or Lekki bridge or Lagos Ibadan or Onitsha Bridge when you use it or simply just enjoy the roads? We never even talk about this being the 3yr stretch with the smallest ASUU strike. Or you will say that doesnt benefit the common man. Or the Nelfund loans to students. No that doesnt benefit. Increased allocation that ensures smooth payment of salary. No that doesnt benefit anyone Don't be so into progressophobia Enjoy your weekend and hoping Arsenal drop points so you can come on Sunday evening to transfer aggression onto Tinubu |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Ihebu4chelsea(m): 2:36pm On Feb 21 |
popizaino:like how can you pay x2 of the the total rent as total package, house rent 250k, total package 500k, Most landlords won't even rent out the room without you paying the agent. I really don't know when all these things will end. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 2:37pm On Feb 21 |
raumdeuter:What is the next level thinking there? Were people not driving from Lagos to Sokoto before Tinubu came in? Lagos to Calabar - 745km Lagos to Calabar - 700km (Coastal road) So, what exactly is next level here? Or people cannot access Calabar before now? Inukwa agenda! |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by raumdeuter: 2:39pm On Feb 21 |
izzou:In America na landlord dey pay agent. E.g 1month of the rent goes to the agent. If na sale. A percentage of the sales price goes to the buyer agent and sellers agent. Usually 3% to each |

raumdeuter:Nigerians do not determine the outcome of any election. That's the duty of Powerful political parties and Inec! |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 2:40pm On Feb 21 |
raumdeuter:Did u praise Jonathan for anything he did as a president? Why must I praise Tinubu when he's doing the basic expected of presidents? I'm sure you didn't praise Jonathan because you assumed most of the so called achievements he had were basic things every Nigerian expected of him. He didn't impress you to the extent you will make posts to start talking about the good things he has done. And to tell you that I'm not you, there's actually a post of me here on this very thread that acknowledge the whole NELFUND loan was a good thing considering Tinubu's government increased school fees and then provided means through which those school fees can be paid now and the students will reimbursed later. I bet you wouldn't see that one. I have posted at least 10 different ways Tinubu has made the life of the common man difficult since he came to power, but u will hinge Ur argument on roads only ; the same roads president's have been doing since 1999.... Abeg make I enjoy my Guinness stout in peace this Saturday afternoon jare. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 2:41pm On Feb 21 |
raumdeuter:My grouse with the whole thing is that even if you find the house yourself, the Landlord will tell you to pay the agent and agreement fee to him It's wrong |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 2:42pm On Feb 21 |
raumdeuter:So Progressophobia is asking a government to be accountable? To think APC was always raising these issues while they were in the opposition. It's a shame! 🤮🤮🤮🤮 |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by raumdeuter: 2:43pm On Feb 21 |
izzou:Next level is opening new route in addition to renovating existing routes The coastal road will ensure that those coastal areas are now open to development and even beach resorts which might trigger real estate and tourism in that axis When those places become thriving like Eko Atlantic people will still say it's nothing That is how I see it done. New roads through new areas to push development into those areas |

Akinlot:PBAT's declaration that "subsidy is gone" go far gaan. It changed things overnight and plunged Nigerians into cataclysmic depths never seen before. In addition to the extra hustles, you gats adopt some aggressive cost-saving measures, if you haven't already. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by raumdeuter: 2:47pm On Feb 21 |
BlueRayDick:You can list the things did too. Unfortunately most Nigerians did not believe him and voted him out Lets see if the same happens to Tinubu You dey consume chilled Guinness foreign extra stout in this Tinubu economy and you say life no good. Egbon mi. E beru olorun fa!! |
