if you intend and truthfully you want to reduce the cost of the rent, you are a God fearing person. If you are not that religious, you are very kind to humanity and people like you are not many. God will continue to bless you in abundance to be able to make living and house affordable for people

Agents are the ones pressurizing landlords to hike rentage fees.
Some agents also collect more than what landlords ask from tenants,can you imagine agents collecting 2.4million Naira a year for a 2 bedroom flat from tenant unknown to the landlord that ask the agent to collect 1.6million from prospective tenant.
It was when the landlord knew what was going on that kasala burst,e no funny that day.

Let her change the ceiling, I think it's not that bad considering that it's Lagos the Yukay of Africa
