Good evening mamas
Please I’m new to this pregnancy thing. I’m a first-time mom and I’m just about a month gone, but the nausea has been a lot. For almost two days now I haven’t been able to eat anything at all. Every smell, even food, makes me feel sick and everything is just disgusting to me right now.
If there’s anyone who has any tips or suggestions that helped them get through this stage, I’d really appreciate it. I’m honestly so tired

pls don’t be I was like that too in my first trimester and it was a whole lot of rollercoaster! What helped with my nausea was lime! I always had it in my mouth!

Infact, it's a serious matter. I think stress in Nigeria is keeping all the mamas occupied. Anyway, I'm late June so most likely no porting for me. Let's see if they will show face.

If you've passed your due date, then start exercising more to trigger things. It helps.

Peel, wash, and slice some ginger. Not so much. Put in water and boil till the extracts are gotten. Take the quantity you want to drink and add some honey.
