50 years without an asset? What is your advice?

Re: 50 Years Without An Asset? What Is Your Advice? by Stephen0mozzy: 7:13pm On Feb 22
Your life is the best asset.
And at 50 there's alot you can turn around if you put your experienced brain to work.

Start things around consultancy or coaching - your age will be ascribed to as well experienced if you can add confidence and knowledge to the way you talk.

Yes, and good health is also an asset. Sometimes we tend to overlook the essential things of life in pursuit of the worldly definitions of success

The greatest asset one could ever think of is to be a MUSLIM and Die as a MUSLIM. We Muslim live on earth like a stranger. When you on a journey and you need a place to stay when the night comes then you rent an hotel room on the road , will you see that hotel room as an asset? No , This life is the hotel room we are on a journey either to paradise or hell. May Allah save all Muslims from Jahnama and grant all Muslims the highest level of Jannah Firdous

huh

Having yourself in a piece, without any health challenge is a great gift in this country called Nigeria..

When there's life, and you keep working diligently, God will crown your effort, being a man is not easy, nah God dey crown effort..

There are some that God has destined them to prosper at a certain age, so don't give up...

Some people made it in life in their 60’s and 70’s. It’s not over until it’s over. If what you have been doing is not working, try a business.

Many people only become millionaires and billionaires in their 40/50/60's so that's not a major issue but what is ur plan? Do u have a solid plan? Is it doable and do u have the discipline to follow it through? This will determine ur fate.

At 50 with zero assets, the first question shouldn’t even be money. It should be health.
If you’re 50, alive, mentally sound and physically functional in Nigeria today, that alone is capital. Many people didn’t make it this far.

Assets can still be built. Income can still be created. But once health collapses, rebuilding becomes 10x harder.
Focus on staying strong physically and mentally, build steady income, avoid risky shortcuts, and take calculated steps.

Money lost can be rebuilt. Health lost is a different battle.

Honestly, I don't know why people want to kill themsenves with worries over so many vanities.

When there is life there is hope.
Re: 50 Years Without An Asset? What Is Your Advice? by Kokaine(m):
What is the goal of life? Even if you have assests and you don't understand this goal, you will still be depressed. Our goal here is to please our Maker. We deploy everything in our disposal to achieve this goal. If lack of assets prevents you from this goal, then strive to acquire those assets that makes your major goal easier and The One Who is over the heavens will help and guide you. But if it doesn't, then keep pursuing the goal by whatever means necessary and HE will not ask you to account for the things you couldn't achieve even while striving.

Most people don't have assets, don't kill yourself. If you have small money, buy half plot of land in a developing area, that's an asset too... Start small, don't kill yourself.

Re: 50 Years Without An Asset? What Is Your Advice? by Fekumzi123: 11:38am On Feb 23
How? When? Why?
Life no balance.
This asset is confusing.
As in, no job, no business, no car, no house, no kids?
No big deal.
They're important but you won't be conscious of them when you're dead.

Ameen.

Rosullulah (saw) admonished the Muslims saying
كُنْ فِي الدُّنْيَا كَأَنَّكَ غَرِيبٌ أَوْ عَابِرُ سَبِيلٍ
Transliteration:
Kun fid-dunyā ka’annaka gharībun aw ‘ābiru sabīl
Meaning:
“Be in this world as though you are a stranger or a traveler passing through.”
May Allah make us practice the knowledge we gain and the divine instructions we receive.

50 years without an asset?

What is your advice?
66 years without assets, what should we advise 200 million Nigerians?

Should we vote for recolonisation huh

The recolonisation that city boy has started with his invitation to Trump for the killing of innocent Nigerians under the guise of looking for Muslim terrorists committing genocide against Christians.
