Two IED style bombing have taken place over the last 24 hour in Lvov (pictured below) and in Dnipropetrovsk.

The explosions in Lvov involved an initial blast to draw in first responders and then a second once those responders were within range.

To be fair I don't think Iran can win in a all out war with the US but in a situation like this I think the waiting for your enemy to make their move is not a one. Waiting doesn't mean you praying for the problem to go away rather calculating their move so that you can do maximum damage.
