The value of their currency to the Naira is almost at par & fluctuates a lot than the dollar, euro or pounds, so I can't give you a figure of exchange. But the black market will find it hard to change & might molest you to accepting like 3k thereabt. You can visit their embassy to have it changed at almost equivalent. But they will question you if it was given to you as a gift or etc!
