Now concerning Nigeria

If we was to pay doctors 50000 dollars yearly, and there are 40000 doctors practicing here, that would be two billion dollars yearly. Our health budget is 1.82 billion dollars us.

In other words, it's not possible to do what op wants unless Nigeria changes how it's economy is run so that we make even more money.

That's not as high as the 50000 dollars you were quoting.
