lols it’s well mama! Me too all Dey do is palpitate by midwives and use that plastic to check babies heartbeat and give me routine drugs ! May God keep protecting us all!

That's what's going on in a lot of places now. You can try the health center. At least, where I'm using, they still do routine urine test and bp check. And if you have any complaints, they look further.

pls don’t be I was like that too in my first trimester and it was a whole lot of rollercoaster! What helped with my nausea was lime! I always had it in my mouth!

Same here. Still having nausea. Not vomiting seriously again, but nausea.

How many weeks are you and do you have constipation? If you are in your late second trimester or 3rd, then it's normal. It could be pelvic girdle pains or something else related to the heaviness of the baby. But if you have fever, or very heavy discharge, or bleeding along with it, then you need to tell your doctor. Regardless, you should still mention it at your next appointment just to rule out any issues.

D doctor said its normal DAT its d weight of d baby

Have you tried cold light milk in water if it doesnt working keep trying out things till you find what works for you.

Please I’m new to this pregnancy thing. I’m a first-time mom and I’m just about a month gone, but the nausea has been a lot. For almost two days now I haven’t been able to eat anything at all. Every smell, even food, makes me feel sick and everything is just disgusting to me right now.
If there’s anyone who has any tips or suggestions that helped them get through this stage, I’d really appreciate it. I’m honestly so tired

Baby things are really expensive in the market so I bought d basic essentials that I need,for soap, oil and lotion I bought cussons I don't know good cusson, I have baby and me powder two that my sister gave me and I have Neva used it, is it good to use on baby I should get another one

Yes, just the essentials, especially if this isn't your first, you don't need to buy many things. I'm focusing on baby clothes mainly and my own things. I don't know about that powder, but you can give it a try. If baby reacts, then stop using it. I usually use Babymed for powder. For soap and cream, it's been original black soap and ori. They react to any other thing I buy.

Hello my beautiful and lovely team mates! How are we doing this new month? God has been wonderful to us irrespective of our different packages and challenges. We thank Him for making us enter third trimester alive and healthy, it is not by our strength nor our doing but by His grace and mercy as He has brought us this far. That being said, I believe He that has started this unforgettable journey with us will end it with us and we shall all come on here to share our BS and BA in Jesus name.

Consequently, please let us endeavor to answer roll call this is important so we would be assured we are all doing ok and if there are challenges that is beyond us then experienced mamas will suggest and advise us on what to do.

However, I hope we are almost done with shopping? If not, the great provider will surprise us in a miraculous way financially.

Lastly, let us eat healthy and take our drugs as at when due. In cases where some of us don't have appetite, please eat no matter how little it is. We shall not mourn any among us and none shall experience stillbirth in Jesus mighty name.
