You should blame whoever is involved in this one. Lagos is APC, but you need to see the tickness of their own concrete roads. Also FG is APC, you also need to see the tickness of their own roads.

This is actually the kind of road construction the current governor,Nwifuru is building. Very appalling

Local contractors churn out the worst construction.

Give them everything and they will still deliver rubbish.

Only the big names deliver. All those Mr Abiola and Mr Okonkwo will construct death traps for the government.
