BlueRayDick:You're right about the hypocrisy of those people. What I am referring to is the sense in the speech. |

izzou:Consequences of politicizing every thing..A bastard like OrjiUzorKalu that said that after 8yrs as governor, going to 8yrs as senator, his LGA doesn't have network is the same idiot found worthy of leading a development commission? There's a mathematics competition going on for the youngings in the southeast that I donated my little kobo because I've followed the convener's journey and I thank God is going well so far..How is such a person or individuals like him not on that development commission board? Like PO said, we're almost always letting the worst of us lead us every time.. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 10:35pm On Feb 27 |
Spy360:Which sense? He's saying Tinubu is not the problem, but the weakness of the opposition is. Shey Amaechi is not one of the people weakening the opposition? In fact, seeing Amaechi is the so called opposition is a turn off for some of us. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Spy360(m): 10:57pm On Feb 27 |
BlueRayDick:The sense is that the opposition is too weak. Being opposition against a person like Tinubu or a useless government like APC is the easiest thing to do. But our opposition leaders are too scared to even mention his name. They have passed that fear down to the masses and everyone is just hoping something miraculous will happen. Do you agree with me that if a mob matches to Aso Rock today, that they will have international support? |

Spy360:Lol, this was ridiculous. Funny thing is someone as exposed as Freeze knows these things, but he was making a bad argument on purpose with the expectation that he trips Idris and that one ended up making Freeze look really foolish. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 2:07am On Feb 28 |
Spy360:No, I do not. The mob's match will be framed by the government and pro-government forces as an attempt to forcefully take over government instead of waiting for election period to legally use votes to change government. If you are a good student of history who can make deductions based on historical data, then you should know the march would never be successful ; the government just won't allow it to. All the government need do is to recruit a pro-government set of protesters who will engage the anti-government protesters in an altercation that may possibly lead to breakdown of law & order. This will give security agents excuse to come in and disperse the crowd. You should know that Nigeria is not as sophisticated as those countries you see protesters carrying out peaceful protests for weeks or even months. Na fellow Nigerians like me and you government go use scatter your lofty dream of a million march on Aso Rock |

Sportsweb:What exactly do you think will come out of your own nation? The only difference between you and others is the fact that you haven't ruled like them. The SE has the exact same potent bad leaders like others. See SEDC wey never reach one year, dem don blow 140 billion on nothing. If not for Tony Nwoye who called out some of the funny allocations for 2026, other senators don dey clap for am. Bad leaders na collective issue, and dividing Nigeria will never make any region better, even the Almighty Lagos. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 5:40am On Feb 28 |
CrystalTiger:We have almost gotten to a dispensation where every current Nigerian politician is either a relative of an older one, or a godchild of an older one. The people cannot make any choice. All our options are what they gave us. Maybe dividing Nigeria would have made sense in the 70s, but it can never favour you now. It can never favour any common man in any region now. |

izzou:You are very right. But I feel that the only difference will be that, there will be oneness in revolting against the criminals ruling. If every one was same tribe in Nigeria, the evil leaders wouldnt look down on the whole nations. Notice how easy it is to shut down every criticism of the current administration due to tribal differences. Even those affected will want to spite you, telling you that you are angry cos your brother lost. |

Trevor012:Did she though? It will not be the first fake suicide we have seen on naija Twitter. Even that Mirabel - I don't believe she has any mental issue. Imho she was just chasing engagement and clicks. Now it has blown up in her face claim mental issues so you can get a soft landing |

| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 8:12am On Feb 28 |
izzou:PS: I don't know if they are right or not, but people clamoring for Nigeria's division along the major ethnic lines are doing so because they have the following beliefs : 1. If for example there's an Igbo nation, a Yoruba nation, Hausa/Fulani nation, etc.... People assume that the declvelopment of these individual nations will be priority to the leaders of each nation instead of selfish motive of embezzling public funds before the country's treasury runs dry like most Nigeria's current leaders are doing. 2. Common people will pay more attention to holding their leaders accountable instead of defending them blindly against criticism from members of other tribes like we currently have in Nigeria. For example: some Yorubas today don't care whatever cilorruption that is going on in Tinubu's government, they are just satisfied a Yoruba man is ruling. They believe if the Hausa/Fulani stock could support Buhari for the full 8 years he was running Nigeria aground while his ministers like Malami, Hadi Sirika, etc plundered the country's resources ; then why can't we Yorubas do the same for Tinubu? 3. It will be easy for citizens of any of the new nation to bandy together to fight against any set of corrupt leaders. The idea of divide and rule which the current Nigerian leaders use that works effectively in a multi ethnic country like Nigeria won't work in the new country. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Amigoos1: 8:13am On Feb 28 |
Emaprince:But even people from one tribe don't hold their state governors accountable. If they can't do it at state level why do you think they would do it at federal. |

BlueRayDick:See also South sudan Somailia Somalia is one religion, one race, one tribe. It is a bunch of clans fighting each other. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 8:28am On Feb 28 |
GloriousGbola:South Sudan is a product of Sudan's crisis what were u expecting before? Are u saying for example a Yoruba nation will suddenly turn Somalia? Why not use examples of other homogenous states that are living in peace? Why using just those two outliers? |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by GloriousGbola: 8:29am On Feb 28 |
Trevor012:So she or someone else filmed her swallowing hypo till she died? Hopefully after all of this hypo will sue her and her so called management Erisco style for misrepresentation of their products |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by GloriousGbola: 8:34am On Feb 28 |
BlueRayDick:Funny enough we have had enough civil wars in our past history as yorubas. Homogenity did not stop that. Operation wetie was Yoruba on Yoruba violence within the south West. |
