Trump wants a US friendly govt in Iran , this should isolate China the more.
My understanding of Trump interventions in Venezuela , Iran , part South Africa and Cuba are all aimed at China. He is trying to bring Putin to good books by ending the war where both Zelensky and Putin won't lose face ,then he welcomes Russia back to the international money transfer networks. Isolate the panda, then deal with it without it's allies.
