Femimichael99:Why outside testimony is important is because that's the source of the investment capital that will fuel our economic expansion. Our economic explosion. So the source of investment capital to the potential tune of hundreds of billions of dollars, if not trillions, from Beijing to Brussels, from London to Las Palmas, and from Paris to Tokyo, is now saying "We trust our capital in this country." THAT'S HUGE. |

Confidenc to come in and exploit and get their money out Europe is struggling ... the feeding tube from Niger etc has been cut off ....why not turn to Nigeria as an alternative? Are the citizens in any way feeling the effects?...are they seeing improvements in their standard of living? Fastest growing economy ...most promising country etc means nothing if the ordinary man remains struggling to survive .... and not seeing any light at the end of the tunnel. |

Mattswaggz:Wrong. Many foreign institutions condemned Buhari restrictive Fx policies, especially the subsidization of fx which decimated the economy. |

SkyBizzy:You're quite right, when tough reforms are being embarked upon in an economy, after a long time of economic mismanagement, it usually takes time to reflect on the micro economy. The first impacts are on the macro, then it will trickle down over time with consistency in policy implementation. Don't lose hope, all of us will surely feel the impact! |

Richtaiwo:There is nothing wrong in importation. It is one of the bedrocks of an economy. Tinubu is actually reducing protectionist policies. For instance, the Petroleum Industry Bill bans the importation of refined petroleum products into the country by those who do not have refining capacity. Tinubu ignored it, and allowed importation. Due to that, there is price competition which has made petrol more affordable than if only just one player existed. Where Nigeria fails is exports, exportation of non-crude oil products. |

Richtaiwo:And you dont think it odd that a foreigner has confidence in an economy of a country where the vast majority are complaining about? Where is the love of your country? |

demstone:And i still no get light, no get good roads, no get security, no get water in our homes, hardship is still there. So, stop this propaganda and work. No be statistic dey work for nigeria becus nigeria actually has no data, that is why statics doesnt work. Nigerians will feel governance when we turn our tap and see water, we can travel at peace without kidnappers, we can see stable electricity, corruption is down, nepotism is down, elections are free and fair, we can afford to buy brand new cars like our SA brothers, we can build houses easier, etc. Aside that, pls stop these mumu statics, they never ever workd. I just need light, i dont want to be hearing sound of generators. |

IF OUR RESERVE GROWING FROM A DIFFERENTIAL OF JUST $3B IN 2023 TO OVER $50B TODAY WHILE CRUDE OIL WAS SOLD AT AS LOW AS $60/BARREL, DOESN'T TELL U THAT SOMETHING DIFFERENT IS HAPPENING, DEN UR CASE IS HOPELESS Princedapace: |

demstone:Oga, is there electricity or not? Nigerians want stuff that affects them and not papper barking. We want stable electricity, water in our homes, travel as we wish without fear of kidnappers. I want to test run my beasty sporty ride on a decent high way with my friends without fear of getting kidnapped. We want to be able to earn well and have high purchasing power. Some of u still dont understand that the core Nigeria's problems una never still fix am. 8 years will still come and go and Nigeria will still be same. That ws how Buhari media team always painted a picture of a working president, he just wasted 8 years: we still no get light, water, healthcare is bad, roads are wacky, insecurity is crazy, economy biting harder, houses prices so high, the list goes on. |
