The iranians in diaspora who fled the 1979 revolution are the ones celebrating. Those guys dont even know what they want. Some want to install the son of their king and bring back monarchy while some want democracy. There's still a great handful of anti-regime supporters in Iran. But not up to 30%. The majority of Iranians are pro-regime and are not happy their leader was assassinated.
