When heaven has signed off on your destiny, even a battalion of angry keyboard warriors cannot cancel the contract. For years, headless mobs have tried everything in their playbook, social media slander, coordinated campaigns, and even the dramatic acts of burning his trucks under one jaundiced excuse or another. Yet, somehow, the man remains not just standing, but thriving. So by all means, let the truck burners continue their cardio. The man is already blessed, and there is very little mere mortals can do about a destiny that has clearly been rubber-stamped from above. |

naptu2:Dangote: How One Man Industrialised Nigeria. That'll be the title of the book. But The Economist may prefer - "Dangote: How One Man Transformed a Backwater West African Country to an Industrial Power" Forbes will go with - "Dangote: The Mogul that Remade Nigeria" Not to forget the Financial Times - "Is Dangote Africa's Lee Kwan Yew?" |

Most of this investment are indirectly owned by the joint collaboration of our looters, so they make it hard for others to do this things to avoid favourable competition, and this single act is killing our industrialization. Have you ever asked why it's only Dangote that gets easy access to most of this industrial licenses and CBN FX loans .I know some well todo !gbo and Yoruba brothers who wanted to establish battery and tire manufacturing companies but they are facing a lot of government policies hurdles and getting licenses was like a camel going through a needle. Some of them have given up and have chosen Ghana for their micro industries ![]() |

Nothing spoil as long as there are regulations to protect Nigeria's interest. Caution must be applied before handing over the entire country to one man. |

DEROXMAN:Stop the envy. Instead of envying him, start emulating him. For one, he isn't monopolizing anything. The Nigerian economic space is too large and fertile to accommodate and prosper any enterprising person. |
