This is absolute rubbish. We are in a democracy and everyone has a right to campaign and post billboard of their preferred political party or candidate. You can't stuffle that right

I am a supporter of Monday Okpebholo because of his visible developmental strides. I however hope he didn't authorize this. He should condemn this publicly and the perpetrators, penalised to deter other overzealous political fanatics/sychopants.
