So after house hunting in Lagos(Omo not for the weak ooh especially if you're on budget ) I saw some good houses but confused one the one to choose. 1. Is perfect has everything, Modern and new but the location is bad although very accessible to a federal road but with 1k bike. 2. The location is okay and open, modern but then the house for that price is not worth it (very small and have one or two commas) but then I guess location affects prices and I'm really not ready to up budget again and again (1.5m for 1bed, 2m for 2bed) What do you suggest? |
