Who allows a terrorist to own ballistic missiles? The simple solution to all the Islamic terror is either a complete disarmament of a regime change. The problem with disarmament is the taqquiah or whatever they truy to deceive others with. So eliminating the Islamic regime completely is the correct strategy.
