I love everything NEAT AND CLUTTER-FREE. I need lots of space. Nowhere would have given me all this luxury and economic advantages ANYWHERE in Nigeria.❌❌❌❌

The wardrobes and doors were restored and polished ALL OVER AGAIN because my brother did a lousy job. I knew I had to have a FEMALE in my team.😍

The quality of wood 30 years ago cannot be found in this day and age. So instead of replacing all doors and cabinets, I filled all cracks and re-polished all the wood. I was over-joyed with the results.💃🏽

TOTAL COST OF MATERIALS N200K
TOTAL COST OF LABOR N60K

Estimated total cost - N300K

Compared to how much I would have spent to pay for wood for the replacement of new doors and cabinets.

It feels like I have ALL NEW DOORS AND CABINETS.❤️❤️❤️

The hallways and stairs are spacious and clean.
My choice of tiles. SUPER POLISH 60X60 for sitting room, hallways and sit-out areas.

I decided to only change the tiles on the floor only. The wall tiles were still beautiful and needed cleaning.

Instead of removing old ceiling boards, I used Calcium/POP cement to fill the ceiling boards, screeded and painted for a simple, neater more modern look.

Old storage shed pulled down to construct a brand new 2-bedroom bungalow.

Total room capacity = SIXTEEN, all with private bathrooms.😍 Will evict all the tenants soon and open up for weddings and burials reservations only.✅

I will continue to pay that salary as long as the couple works for me. I am not doing that nasty, ADPC “minimum wage” shyte!🍷 We will start an Airbnb business soon, and they will manage it.✅


I have written my will and handed to the family attorney and all my siblings. The house will be sold to the highest bidder and all proceeds shared equally amongst ALL SIBLINGS.✅

I no longer wish to give it to my last brother. He does not deserve it.👍🏽

My brother tried to use old tiles to make a “mosaic” pattern for the gate house. I did not like it.❌ It clashed with the entire color theme of the whole compound. Not my taste.

The use of “green cement “ did not sit well with me. No symmetry at all. I had to remove it. It would not go well with the black and white kerbs all over the compound.❌

One color mosaic I can tolerate. Multiple colors? No way❌

This is nice. I love harmony.✅

I wanted solid black snd white tiles I wanted to match the kerbs.

I opted for this instead. It was such a small space and not worth traveling out of town to get just 10 boxes of tiles.

This was close enough.✅

I have opened the eyes of my male cousins. The villagers don swear for dem taya for abandoning their fathers’ lands and buildings. They thought I would lose my life going to the village. I have proved to them that all the political hype of insecurity has limits.

Now, they are all rushing to come and build their father’s land instead of investing in Lagos and Abuja!🙄

How can you go and develop another man’s state and leave your own to rot? 🤷🏾‍♀️ I will do no such thing thing! I am NOT interested in ANY property OUTSIDE EDO STATE!😎

Yes, he did rob me. I caught him stealing too. He does not blend well with the family. As soon as I saw his true color, I cut him off. I don’t trust him at all. The bad blood between him and my cousin was the last straw. I have peace dealing with strangers than family members.✅
