You have said nothing worthy of anyone's time. You merely expressed your Political biase disguised as what it's not.
AND YOUR ''POLITICAL BIAS'' IS BASED ON HATE.

He's not espousing your HATE, so his words are ''not worthy of your time''.

Sick, demented people.

That guy you responded to is an example of the problem of Nigeria.

You will notice that those viewing Trump a messiah of Nigeria would be those who, from time immemorial, have never understood dogmatic and radicalised hatred of their fellow Nigerians is not the way forward.

Islam and Christianity, as the two major religions of the world, have serious issues. To defend radical champion of either, as messiahs, is for the losers and those who are foolish IMO.

Look at China moving at the speed of life after rejecting over-religious devotion, which forces a man to rely on divine intervention rather than look at himself as capable of delivering solutions he need.

The leader of China is even openly atheist and has led a period of exemplary success for his nation and her merited emergence as a world power that has stormed to the top finding human-driven solutions for their own problems whereas we still host Moslem and Christian leaders who tell us to pray for solutions we know human capacity can deliver.

Is it a wonder Kagame has turned Rwanda into one of the prides of Africa with how he recognises the need to tame the influence of religious extremism.

Kagame has instructed Pastors in his nation to have theology degrees so they are not exploitatively destructive as majority of Nigeria's 'miracle performing' and 'prosperity preaching' Nigerian pastors are due to how they have warped conventions of the Christian faith into 'pastopreneural' scams.

Religion, pertaining to the wellbeing and progress of a nation, can be a destructive net negative if it is not managed well.

Especially important for a very poor and third world nation like Nigeria that we begin to look at Countries that have developed spectacularly because they recognise secularity is a necessity for accelerated growth and development of ambitious nations.

I don't understand this whole thing of Nigerians standing immovably behind Islam and Christianity that are two imported religions our forefathers had nought to do with.

Those supporting Trump believe he can conquer and tame everyone and everything to do with Islam, that has billions of adherents, how?

Ditto those who think Islamic Jihad can take over Nigeria with at least many million Christians.
Jesus Christ though born in Israel but He is not for the Jews alone but for the whole world. Therefore Christianity is not sectional or particular tribe religion, but a way of life for every human beings who desired to make heaven at last.John 14:6 KJV
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

It starts from the home. That is the first school of life. The family is the functional unit of society. It's sad that the government is deliberately not interested in history or values so as to control the people but in the meantime, the one that is within the people's control is to start learning about themselves from the home. Start from your family. I want families to start discussing who they are, I hope it becomes a trend with this Gen Z who use everything for content but you must give them kudos for questioning what they met on ground. Not religion, I want them to just start telling their stories. It's something a lot of people are uncomfortable with because even the parents don't know shocked

But there's no shame in learning. He who learns teaches - African Proverb.

Edit: miseducation of Negro already identifies the fact that most Negros are lost and they have been lied to and misdeucated but it is never too late to start knowing who we are. Japa is the first shocker for some people when they learn that people over there are more interested in their culture than religion grin
I agree with you broadly because I feel good education can begin from the home. What I will add is that successive Government appear not to understand how education, done right, can truly drive the accelerated development of Nigeria far quicker and more wfficiently than anything else.

Nigeria, put simply, need the most high quality and robust education, at every level up to University, anyone on Earth can recieve. Yes it will be expensive but the returns for Nigeria will be massive.

Proof of my point is how Nigerians become world-class, highly lauded technocrats and some of the best solutions-provision specialists on Earth when they are exposed to the education system in the West.

How is it then possible Nigerian leaders do not see let only appreciate the correlation between the finest education available with nations attaining developed status?

If I were President I would simply tear up our current education system to replace it with a well-funded and no-expenses-spared model because of the immeasurable returns I expect Nigeria to gain from that.

You dont get my point at all. I have no problem with religion. When you love religion dogmatically and radically, especially religion imported to your terrain and not native to your forefathers, then war, terrorism, anarchy , chaos, human suffering and misery are the results.

Worship your God privately but never let it creep into your relationship with your fellow men, job, obligations, nation, other nations and decision-making that affects others.

I have no interest in any back and forth discussion over religion with you so drop the Christian sermon.

I am mainly interested in progressive considerations that advances/evolves man, his society and the world at large. This is why you will find me in the politics and never religious section of Nairaland.

Only a dishonest person or religious bigot will deny Christianity and Islam, for different reasons, have become very major problems of Nigeria.

The bolded I agree with and will always be passionate about because I am exposed enough to note how well-developed human resources, gained through provision of the finest and most robust education, is the biggest difference between a nation creating solutions for problem of society, to then become great, and a nation failing horrendously because she simply lacks human resources with ability to provide solutions.

Yes quality education is key and I have said that always and continously as a beneficiary of it. That said, what do you propose Nigeria with does with the North that prioritises religious Studies above formal education with the subset of STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathemic) that delivers the greatest solutions and development foe society?
Why should we worry about the north instead of worrying about our own local and state government officials who have failed to prioritise increasing revenue and federal allocation to implement UBEC provisions for nine years of free and compulsory education for all children?

UBEC was established 27 years ago to provide matching funds for the 36 states to achieve this goal.

You hav to worry about thr North because they lag behind the South horribly and that is a problem for Nigeria.

Yes Southern education is inadequate and efforts must be made to make it world class if possible.

Yet my overarching point is that the abject poor uptake of education in the North has directly contributed to the Northerners of Nigeria having some of the worst human develolment index known to man.

Education should never be profit driven. It should never be commercial but what can I say? At the time Obasanjo and Atiku were there, they both opened private universities before they left office or around the time of leaving office. Any country that invests in education knows the future returns is inestimable but the relationship many of us have with Nigeria is exploitative, that's why everyone is waiting their turn to steal from the public purse and that kind of system is not sustainable. We can't keep solving our problems as individuals, we have to come as a collective and share the commonwealth. It's an irony that those who benefited from free public education and the benefits the government used to give are now doing the opposite. I believe we have a psychiatric problem. It is why we don't know our purpose and want to keep climbing over each other in a poverty stricken nation. How some people feel comfortable driving a Rolls Royce in an untarred road shows me that the person's mind and mindset is abnormal. It's only a psychopath that will be happy in oppressing others and that is not Africa's Ubuntu.
