captainbangz:Lol. So let's say annual salary was actually 90M, you believe you would get everything as a monthly pay? At least 40m of that amount would come as benefits, allowances, and bonuses. So the maths is not mathing |

JobsLever:Lol Accomplice indeed. If you are not moved it's definitely okay. I won't even talk about it again😅 I will just laugh at the drama I will keep seeing. My concern is just the next mail. Whether I pass or not. And further process ahead |

But I'm still surprised that up till now many airsaylongconers cannot explain why their oga used AI to explain CEB and SHL. |

| Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by maik99(m): 8:04pm On Mar 07 |
Mark05:There’s no way NLNG pays 1.5 or 2m per month Aradel that got serious less than 5 years ago pays 1.5m to graduate trainees |

airsaylongcome:I think I saw that offer letter before 2022 o |
| Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by airsaylongcome: 8:11pm On Mar 07 |
captainbangz:I mean, a “sober” me would have been upset at me. Almost 24hrs awake+insomnia does have its impact. Anyway I went dumpster diving in my archive from back then and stumbled across the following. At least I’m certain I wasn’t hallucinating that I laid hands on some very specific, publicly available (at the time) materials. I was a pro at combing the entire internet for AC materials back in the day. The most “annoying” thing for me then was that I had absolutely no understanding of the SHL MAP or what to make of it.

maik99:I will not confirm or deny this lol! |
| Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by EazyH: 8:13pm On Mar 07 |
North of 2M it means more than 2M but the amount is unknown. And of course, it's not even up for a discourse because of safety and NDA reasons. maik99: |

Contents so you all see that there’s a match between my archive and the link I shared

| Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by maik99(m): 8:15pm On Mar 07 |
airsaylongcome:That is fair boss I think what we can all agree on is the pay is miles better than what 90% of aspirants currently earn So whatever it is, you can be sure it will be mouth watering; IF you get it For comparison, Seplat pays 3.2m monthly to GT, and I expect NLNG to pay better than that |
| Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by airsaylongcome: 8:17pm On Mar 07 |
EazyH:Truth is, no GT will come here and mention the specific figure for safety, security and privacy reasons. When asked where I was working when I was there, I would say “I work for a company that sells gas”. Anyhow them interpret am na dem sabi. Most people assumed it was roadside LPG retail company and I was happy for them to think that |

Oga Airsay Sir, I dare say that you've proven yourself more than normal to anyone on this thread as regards this particular job. This is not even a matter of a decade. So, nobody, I repeat no one can come from anywhere to rubbish or make anyone here believe that you are false or fake. If the so called Joblever AI person has the time, he or she should go to the 2013 and 2022 thread and see for themselves. The threads are all there live and active. No need to talk much or long. airsaylongcome: |
| Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by airsaylongcome: 8:19pm On Mar 07 |
maik99:Way better than what most people earn now. I remember GT colleagues saying their managers told them “Abeg if anything open up there, let me know o”. People with years of experience were dropping all of it to go and be a GT at NLNG. The USD equivalent at the time was insane! I will not mention it because I know it’s lower now because of Naira weakening. But it’s still loud |
| Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by airsaylongcome: 8:25pm On Mar 07 |
EazyH:lol! Thanks. Like I say, I’m getting older and things about the process are getting foggy. I’m in the unique position of having gone through the entire process beginning to end, and since I’m no longer in the system, I’m not as “shackled” about discussing my experience. So I can “dump” as much as I can so that subsequent prospective GTs have something to work with. Cream always rises to the top, so the cream of the prospective GTs will have that little push to become “superstars” during the assessment. |
| Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by maik99(m): 8:27pm On Mar 07 |
airsaylongcome:NNPC is not as loud and yet big 4 senior associates and assistant managers accepted its GT offers last year lol On your last sentence, I thought the pay was in dollars and the naira equivalent keeps increasing as the naira weakens |
| Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by airsaylongcome: 8:29pm On Mar 07 |
maik99:No o! Your offer is in Naira. I can’t recall exactly now if they were Senior Associates, but a handful of big 4 folks left the big 4 for GT. Banking too lost a very good number |
| Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by maik99(m): 8:38pm On Mar 07 |
airsaylongcome:Yes the offer is stated in naira But the oil and gas industry pay is benchmarked against the dollar since revenue is in dollars? |

JobsLever:Note, I'm not taking sides. I gullibly bought your materials probably few days after the SHL's, and I must say that I was utterly disappointed. Apparently AI generated, no exhaustive or detailed explanation, guide or info. Take this as feedback, rather than fighting back: you could do better with the material - learn from those who have truly undergone the process, and develop your contents from their experiences ( however, in a professional manner). |

maik99:I’m sure they’d be benchmarking against their peers. Understand though that I can’t really say much around this because when I was offered, had never earned that kind of money in my life. I didn’t even consider saying no. My entire focus was how to respond with a “sweet sounding” yes I accept quickly and whether I can start the morning after receiving the offer. |
| Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by maik99(m): 9:08pm On Mar 07 |
airsaylongcome:🤣🤣 No one would blame you for that reaction Overall, the lesson is not to focus on the pay, but on how to get in |

Yo! I missed 😭 This bot is finally online? JobsLever:This is more humane, now I am believe a person behind the handle. But that doesn't make the other rubbish replies any more legit. |
