A mere commissioner, lolz. You talk ignorantly. Politics is more than flowered speeches and good intentions.
A leader in Nigeria needs respect to be listened to. Osibande would be played like ping pong by the Senate and probably flogged by the military. Governors would spit on his face and knock his head. And his spiritual leaders will probably get him kneeling around. He'll end up getting nothing done except grey hair.
He can't win his local government elections if his life depended on it. You can't imagine the hell they'll make for him up North. Except if he behaves and listens to people like the current president who can pull strings on his behalf. How long should Tinubu babysit him when he knows he's not half as good as he is?

The only issue is that Osinbajo fought a war he couldn't win. He knew who Jagaban was, and went ahead to struggle with him, and he was killed in the battle. Thafa just it.
