I am going to share the story of how I got the paladina guys contact. Like me, when you build from abroad , you will come across so many people but you will never meet them in person .
You try to minimize risk by having someone on ground to negotiate with them.
So my contact in Lagos, in fact my very close guy lives on the same street with the paladina man”s brother. The brother does tiles and he does paladina. From what I learnt, the paladina person does not live in area.
That my contact hired the tiler and the tiler introduced his brother who does paladina.

Your best bet to get hold of the paladina person would be to call that my contact in Lagos. I will give his number , if you are willing to go that far.

To save time, it's advisable you allow the furniture marker do the buying as he's familiar with the necessary things needed to get the job done.

For quality materials, let the furniture maker understand you believe and appreciate quality materials. And as such, he should get quality materials from quality HDF boards to all other materials.

Getting it yourself, it's most likely the furniture maker will inflate the number of materials. For instance, instead of 20 boards he may say 27 boards. Since he's not the one buying it. You'll spend more on materials.

I don’t mind getting his contact. I will have someone verify and deal with him. The only guy someone gave me his number, looks like a yahoo boy from his social media postings. Nothing to show his handy work. He was just so kin on me sending the money for him to go do down payment for the materials. Someone I have only spoken to once. Before I woke up the next morning, he had already dropped his account and given me like 6 missed calls with all sorts of messages asking when I will be paying the money so that he can forward the money to a marble company in Auchi. Me sef tire. I quickly sensed he was a cheap con artist. The person that gave me his number wasn’t even sure of him.
