As the E transmission of election results from the polling unit have been erased, there is nothing wrong with this act.

All candidates contesting for any political position should make sure they have trusted agents in all the polling units. I created a thread about the important of polling unit agents before the 2023 election. That should take care of this act

The rest of your questions are mostly based on transmission of e results which won't be applicable in 2027 election.
You are one of the problem in this country.

Buhari was here 8 years where is he today?
But the mess he created or allowed to continue is here facing Nigerians

Tinubu will be here today and in next 5 years he won't be there.

THIS IS EXACTLY WHERE YOU FAILED IT..

THE JUDICIARY CANNOT INTERPRET ANY LAW UNTIL IT IS BROUGHT UP TO THE COURTS BY THE RIGHT “INTERESTED PARTY”..

SO, IT MEANS THAT SOMEBODY MUST TAKE THE LAW TO THE COURT FOR INTERPRETATION FIRST..,, AND THAT IS WHAT THIS THREAD IS SUPPOSED TO BE DOING.

THIS THREAD IS SUPPOSED TO GIVE POSSIBLE INFORMATION TO ANYONE WHO INTENDS TO TAKE THE LAW TO COURT.
You can only take the law to the court until you are affected/damaged by the law.

You guys said that the Electoral Act 2022 is very okay, that it doesn't need to be amended.

Yet it got amended.
That's a very good one.

But it had not been done properly.

You can continue to rant about me saying it.

But that is just what it is.
Unfortunately, we don't care how you feel about it.

The electioneering is our focus now.

how do you checkmate criminals
2) how do you control thugs that may come and fight, grab and run away with election materials?

From your first submission
Do you know that the ruling party always have upper hand any election ?
Do you know that during election some security operatives always compromise In other to favor the ruling party?
What do u think any party agent can do irrespective of his or political party the agent represents ?

2) Making a recording in a society in which the highest bidder carries the day.
What purpose will such recordings solved?

Or do you think people still have confidence in the judiciary?

If u are saying this because u are supporting this present government .
I tell you this APC will not rule this country forever,

Finding a better solution on to stop election malpractices is better putting the lives of innocent people on the line.
This one no ready to solve any problem. You're waiting for another human being to come and dash you awoof with no effort from you ba? Continue

I don’t know why all this is coming after signing the bill into law and not before or during the first, second and third readings of the bill
What exactly are you talking about?

All the protests that were happening all these while when they were delaying the bill, you didn't see it.
Even the protests that were happening at the time they were debating on the bill, you didn't see it.??
(You were busy saying all sorts of things about those protests)

..

And now, just because I created a thread, you are still giving yourself heart-ache??

What if another protest erupts with respect to the new Electoral Act 2026, what then would you be saying?

This was deliberately done, when will it be challenged and how long will it take to be rectified.
The election time table is out already.

Na wa ooo.
Court cases don't take forever..

If the legislators fail to do what they have to do,, then the courts would be the next best option.

Leave this long story

Provide the evidence of when the first protest against the Electoral Act took place.
