That is the genesis of this war, reason Israel is fighting against them developing nuclear weapons. Mind u oil price is not going up because of Iran, US is the largest crude oil producers in the world. The world don't need Iran oil, Iran is only trying to destabilize the free flow of traffic along the strait of homuz, that is what is causing this oil price fluctuations, not because Iran decides to shut down their oil production.
