The angels weren't giants otherwise no normal girl will find them attractive the Bible actually said all the girls they asked out fell for them which means they looked like normal humans but with irresistible charming looks.
These angels don't have bodies but each knows how to form a body for himself all he needs to do is possess that body after designing what he wants for himself.
Imagine if you are to determine your own looks as in physical appearance.
We know people are doing that today as they go through plastic surgeries so the angels designed bodies and put it on its after copulating with female humans that those girls got pregnant and gave birth to children who keeps on growing into giants because they are not product of normal human semens!😟

And regarding the sticks that turned into snakes this is what God's word said:
