One thing is sure, you will develop kidney stone and if you are lucky like me that passed out 12mm x 11mm kidney stone after 11 months when I spent over 1.5 million in medication, tests and all then thank your God. If not, you will spend over 4 million on shockwave lithotripsy or urologist perform a surgery on you to remove it. Stay away from energy drinks

My brother got admitted due to this also. Your kidney will deteriorate fast. Avoid any carbonated drinks frequently. Once the urge comes just find cold water to drink.

It wasn't an easy battle but I survived. The stone got stocked in my ureter because of the size for 10 months before it dropped into the bladder. Thanks for the medication I was using that cost a lot. In fact, retention of urine in my ureter have already started causing some damage to my kidney but I thank God after everything, the kidney recovered and I am 100% back to normal. Energy drink isn't good at all

Though I understand the caffeine content of energy drink is unsafe for people managing HBP.

But for me, I take it when I don't want to sleep early.

Last week I made 2 days of journeys: Ibadan to Lagos, Lagos to Osogbo then Osogbo to Ibadan in a single day.

I also, did Ibadan to Osogbo, Osogbo to Lagos, then Lagos to Ibadan again. By the second trip I noticed I was sleep driving, I just entered on place buy Fearless and guzzled it. That was the end. Eyes was clear like a plain white dress.

Note:
I don't take it normally, it's my first intake since 2024.

I don't know you, but I can tell that you are less than 40 or 35 years of age. Maybe this is why you are very ignorant of the importance of a healthy Lifestyle.

Energy drink will strain your vital organs like-the kidney, liver, and lunges. And it will cause you early symptoms of old age sicknesses. Your creatinine levels for kidney function will jump soon. Watch out for HBP, HSL, Parkinson, etc.

Pity your organs now and thank me later.

You can't afford kidney dialysis or transplant as a low income earner. Even the rich aren't getting it easy.

Drink water instead.

If you're one of the people taking energy drinks every day, stop it before you drop dead.

It has several side effects, mainly because they contain high levels of caffeine, sugar, and stimulants (like taurine and guarana). Over time, daily consumption may affect different parts of the body.

It causes:
Heart problems

Insomnia and poor sleep quality
Anxiety, restlessness, headaches, irritability etc

Humans are strange creatures. You are fully aware that you're drinking poison each day but because of a lack of discipline, you're looking for someone else to tell you it's bad.

Okay, occasional drinking of energy drinks wouldn't really do much harm to your body as long as you were healthy to begin with. Consistent intake will lead to consistent blood sugar level spikes which stresses your organs (kidneys, pancrease and liver), which MAY lead to insulin resistance and eventually High BP and Diabetes, kidney damage or liver damage. At this point na mountain on fire you go they visit (I don't pray such for you)

Just reduce your intake to occasionally simple
