Adeleke is doing far better than Tinubu in financial management of inherited debt, even though he has only 1/36 share of the 27% federation account for states. Unlike Tinubu who has 53% to himself alone.

Are you saying the Local governments will serve as collateral for Loan. States do borrow and use their future finances as collateral and not local government, local government are autonomous and can't be used as collateral

But this is politics they are playing anyways, they can lay up accusations as long as it is to portray the government bad.
