Just like how Iran created so many weapons with so many sanctions. India is already partnering with China on technology. America needs to be extremely cautious about those kinds of statements. You don't say those things publicity you just make people more resilient.

He is just joking. How has the US stopped other allies like South Korea from becoming at par with them? Since the second world war the most successful emergent nation is South Korea which is a country with a US base followed by Israel then maybe Singapore. All are at par with the US.

India too could have become like that. China too has transformed but it is not an immigrant worker destination and not a high income country.

India is a low income country and if nothing changes globally it will take over from China easily because of a lower cost of living. Things can be manufactured in India cheaper than China presently and all India needs now is to build capacity. India's defence budget is also over 40 billion dollars and for a country with per Capita income less than 3k dollars, that budget is worth more than 500 billion dollars in the USA

If you said US allowed China to grow, can you mention any other country the same US allowed to grow?

It was US’s greed for enormous profitability on manufactured goods that launched China into league of global giants, by way of outsourcing.

US handed China some manufacturing templates of some industrial goods, truly, but China didn’t rest or rely on that. China too invest heavily on research and never make noise about their discoveries. You just see the products of their inventions outside.

Come to Europe and see how many Chinese students China gives scholarships to go and study real courses and provided very superb supports for these students — including stand-by professors back home in China who are guiding these students and exchanging notes the with students’ supervisors abroad.
And once they graduate, they are going home to implement and develop on what they have learned abroad.
Is the US responsible for that one also?

Any country that has a population of over 80million is automatically a 3et to America. America starts interfering in such country’s political and economic activities.

You can imagine why NIgeria has not been able to have adequate and steady power supply since 1980.
Who tricked us into SAP? What led to our civil service being known to have manifested signs of k oro ption since 1983? Na US.

If not because of China that came to liberate Nigeria a little, we would still have been in the woods.

Trace the root-cause of our security problem, and you will find the US’s hand in it, either directly or via Britain.

Old USSR was times 4 in size of the whole of Europe. It was the same US that instigated many countries to cede from the old USSR before we now have was is called Russia today. Till today, Russia is still the biggest country in the world, by land mass.

How will such a country have time to develop, when it’s facing one war of ‘separationists’ or an externally orchestrated political or economic war?

That’s why this world needs another alternative to US Dollar and their financial system.
