Warrisdis. The need for you to sustain yourself and your family has everything to do with ones health. If a man doesn't care enough for his body to give needed rest. I doubt the wellbeing of his bus, his home (family) and mental well being. The people that are suppose to tell him will only be happy to fine or possibly impound his vehicle under any excuse. it may be as a result of fatigue and the driver trying to make ends meet but it should not be to the detriments of passengers May God deliver us from sleeping drivers...
