Giringori is already guilty of this as he is still one leg , one leg out of both ADC and LP
Obi would have to take a decision fast. He's in ADC coalifusion but hasn't resigned from LP yet he's eyeing NDC if he fails to get ADC tickets.

Vote buying during primary election, certificate forgery are not crime but dual party membership. All in a bid to prevent the great PO from being on the ballot.
Is PO a member of two parties?

Lol, these APC are really out to trap the opposition. I know OBi is a major consideration for this law

Why not create a law that if you win with a party you can't move to another except you're willing to forfeit your elected Position. That's the more realistic approach.
They would not prescribe defections after winning office through a political party but they are making laws to enable Tinubu not have any serious challenger next presidential election.

A member of LP but one leg in ADC since. Now officially ADC but his eyes are in another if he loses. Make your choice and be firm.

That should have been their major priority but the fear of peter obi currently supercedes every other priorities for now.

....Ordinary Electoral reforms Nigerians asked for, u guyz did favouritism of tinubu... Now u are fast to suggest rubbish..

This not what we want.. we want a law that states that defection of an elected member means he lose his elected position.. because the party not the candidate won the election....
