Let's wait till the end of the 2nd leg before we conclude. Kaybanty4u:Which useless fatigue? There's no room for excuses. This is UCL. |

It's such a big shame really, Spanish teams will always humiliate English teams. Guess football is now in Spain, If ManU were in this tournament, the story wouldn't be the same |

We can only conclude if none qualifies after the second legs. Look at Madrid today, they were in the play offs...some of you wrote them off already but they whooped a highly rated man city yesterday. Never say never |

How many Epl teams had an automatic top 8 qualification? This is the round of sixteen where home advantage is a major factor. After the 2nd leg we shall revisit this post. |

I really don't understand the comparison between EPL and other leagues for heaven's sake... All this leagues have their own differences, paces uniqueness, you lots are not done been a fan of your respective clubs it's the leagues you want to be fancy now, very soon you will. Leave planet earth and start fancying Uranus vs Jupiter. When the EPL secured 6 teams into the round of 16 where was this topic. It's UCL for a reason with so many sensational games. |

EPL remains the best league in Europe in the past 3 seasons and they've won the champions league, Europe league and conference league (×2) in the last 3 seasons so tell me how the league is overhyped. This season, all Premier league teams involved in Europe are playing in the round 16 (that's not a mistake). All Premier league teams (except Newcastle United) involved in UCL played away from home. Arsenal and Liverpool would complete the job at Emirate stadium and Anfield. Spurs stand no chance of qualifying not because teams don't comeback from being 3 goals down but because Tottenham Hotspur as a club is in bad shape. Newcastle United can try their best at Camp nou but I think FC Barcelona would defeat them and go through. You see Manchester City and Chelsea, normally on a good day they can overturn that 3 goals deficit. Remember 9 Premier league teams are involved in round 16 in Europe (una think sey na beans). |

No league rules for 4 consecutive seasons. More so, Newcastle and Tottenham are dead Wood. |

I would like to see Madrid Barca in the EPL... U think playing in all four competition is a joke ehnn ...with the intense game of the EPL in every match day I doubt if this Barca team can even survive it. |

Don’t be too fast to conclude second leg will be the decider All of them played away except Newcastle Liverpool and Arsenal certainly have a chance to qualify and if Barca fails to make use of home advantage Newcastle can send them home and who knows man city Chelsea and spurs can do the difficult but not impossible task |
