As I explained earlier up there that is the way now
But sometimes ago we do position it on left hand as yours but few years now we do it as It’s shown on my thread now…. You know we learn things everyday to make life easier

Pls how many plots of land is the total land for everything on this project. From the hall to the bakery and the games center.
How many square meters pls

Good morning chief.
The total landed area is 3plots of land
The initial budget for the project was N250m for the Hall and the gym/ eatery building

Later we added Game Center, bakery, swimming pool and others utilities building to it.
Total cost will be added to the initial N250m which will be posted here later

For something like this

pls guys I just need a quick advise. Will 3 plots of land be enough for an event centre. It will have 2 seperate halls (700 and 250 banquet halls)
2. Space for pictures, kitchen, 20-30 cars park, generator area, changing room, a mini store, and 10 toilets.

2. Small outdoor space of 200-300sqm area for garden wedding and events





how many plots will be enough and roughly how much will run it. Osun state (not Lagos ooh.

It’s should be enough but it depends on good arrangement and construction
