You said it caused significant damage outside. We can see a fire control and support building destroyed from the blast. We also have a destroyed protective structure.

The question is, how come the roof remains structurally intact despite the blast destruction of nearby buildings.

We just see the single point penetration, the protective structure is around the roof. If it’s destroyed by an explosive blast then I think we should see some damage to the roof.
