The ordinance used is mostly likely a the GBU-57A/B MOP bunker buster.. The roof here is a hardened steel of layers of re-enforced concrete. What you are calling roof is actually a hardened shelter structure designed to withstand normal conventional bombs.. the way the bunker busters work is that it is dropped from high altitudes, the massive weight coupled with gravitational forces and her hardened steel alloy casing allows the bomb to penetrate over 60 meters before detonating..

The bunker busters doesn't explode on impact.. it first of all goes down below over 60 meters before detonating and exploding. Hence, you won't see an outside explosion.. except a few damage done by the sheer amount of blast wave or shock wave as a result of the impact of the bomb hitting the target.

The only drawback with this is the verification process.. you can't know of the damage done by the bomb nor if there was even anything significant inside.


The picture attached is a strike on a hardened shelter structure design for aircraft.. as you can see from the picture, the bomb penetrates the shelter structure without causing a total structural failure of the entire shelter.

Is it destroying the foundations of the buildings? Then explain how your the steel structure is intact while the building next to it is destroyed in your current post.
