Racoon:
This is to tell you that Nigeria has a bunch of jesters masquerading as reformists in govt. Tinubu govt remains an undeserving disaster after Buhari.
Rose sharply from a baseline of about 49.8 per cent to roughly 63 per cent following the subsidy removal before moderating slightly. The part kept from illiterates.

It even worst than 63% to me 80% . Because many Nigerians are very very poor and not eating well 😕 if not for people way they abroad they help many families in Nigerian meh it for be 100% . It not joke or politics it the reality forget about tribes. Religious or anything 🤔 people are really suffering in Nigerian. You like you pretending 😏 but you know inside your heart this is not the best life for a nigeria.

Obidients food don land....however, reputable organisations like WB,IMF,ADB etc have given positive remarks on Tinubu’s economic policies and supporting them, you all condemned it and called it rubbish.......you will now cone here and tell us to accept the report of an unknown organisation over those that hailed tinubu......it's typical of you guys and we aren't buying your propaganda too.
This report is the true position of things and you know it! Your support for this government shouldn't blindfold you and prevent you from seeing things the way they are. People are living in abject poverty, even people who did very well under buhari!

Nigerians don't care about their poverty. They embrace it and make all sorts of excuses for the people they sit down to choose to lead them as long as their sentiments are satisfied.

They cannot imagine their lives getting better, cannot see a better future, cannot put in place one government better than the last and are too pig headed to change course one they realise the mistakes they have made.

This is three years of this government. All achievements are on paper. The needle of poverty has not moved by a fraction of a fraction, inflation getting worse by the day yet we have decided to make it more comfortable for those in leadership by reassuring them that no matter how badly they perform they are sure of continuing. If this is not corporate folly, I don't know what is.

We deserve everything.

Nigerians grew poorer but elected politicians especially the governors got richer. As always the Tinubu led APC government will always have an excuse to this.

This report looks correct, we hope the correct administrative works on reducing the poverty level not only politics.

Positive remarks that does not reflect in the realities of the daily lives of overwhelming majority of Nigerians are mere flowery words.
You just said my mind. These politicians would rather take the platitudes of those foreign men than listen to the plight of the common Nigerians.

Those people do not live in Nigeria and are not aware of the realities.

Them no rate us at all. That's y they'll avoid to participate in debates in Nigeria but would rather go to Chatham House.

Poverty is relatively,if you are talking mental poverty i agree, nigeria has a lot of intellectually bereft people..... however I disagree that people are poorer now than they were 15 years ago.

When rive was 7k a bag, there still were people who couldn't afford it,when Toyota corolla 2005 was 1.8m,there were so many who couldn't afford it,same as when building block was 50 naira a piece.

There are far more homeless people in America than you have in nigeria, there are far more jobless people in Europe than you have in nigeria, living basics are cheaper in nigeria than you have in the west......you can argue all you want but it's the plain truth......the cup is always half full or half empty which ever one you decide to accept.
That's the problem with you people, unrealistic comparisons. Comparing Nigeria with Europe? Not other African countries but Europe of all places, my God!
That's to tell you that other African nations be doing so well one can't make a comfortably comparison with the homeground so we hang ball for Europe, cause it's Europe right?
The europe that gives jobless people living wages and places them in homeless hostels (that they run away from) same old Europe that has job placement agencies for the homeless, food banks and food aid for the homeless is the same place we're comparing Nigeria with? Brethren, dere-ris God I, ahh!

Okay, like we didn't know that this was going to happen. It was clear and obvious. It was audible to the deaf and visible to the blind that this administration was going to bring nothing but more and more suffering on Nigerians. Na statistics we go chop? See am na

They are programmed not to understand the situation of our country and how things have gone worst before baba came in to rescue it.
It is not baba that is going to fix Nigeria. It is Nigerians that should fix Nigeria. It is Nigeria s that should set the agenda.

Baba said if he cannot fix power he should not be voted for. And off he went to spend scare trillions of naira on a useless coastal road that he did not promise anybody but has abandoned that which he promised.

Of course he knows that and that is why he has gone about the business of buying up vast tracts of votes courtesy of a warped feudal system that .ana once you have a governor on your side all.the state votes are captured.

No nation on earth is developed exclusively by the intent and will of leadership. It takes both the vigilance of citizens and their strength to push, to strongly advocate for good governance that delivers.

You will wait eight years for Baba just as you waited eight years for the Baba before him. Let us be 'waiting' as if we are in a restaurant.

Did the reputable organisations like WB,IMF,ADB also say that poverty is reducing?
The best and most reputable source to know how Nigerians are coping under Tinubu is from the Nigerians themselves and most of them are getting poorer under him.

You claim that IMF is saying that poverty is reducing but they have never produced such data.
In fact, let me ask you directly, are the average Nigerians getting richer or poorer under Tinubu?

Lies! Lies!! Lies!!!.. opposition statistics from the pit of hell.
Subsidy removal has empowered more Nigerians, states are buoyant and can now pay salaries without borrowing a dime. It's the lazy Nigerian youths that are poor, look for job and defeat poverty.
According to DB, look at it from a contextual angle, PBAT is doing a great job.
