Good sound, the transitioning is very good and it's giving that kind of early 90s old school reggae vibes. |

callmeDDD:I wasn't even going to play the video . Pato had a good run but it's apparently and allegedly all over. Dbanj is very wise, understands this and is no longer releasing music. If you don't have something extra ordinary to offer don't bother releasing. Tuface takes his time to release a banga. |

Nice song...we need more songs like this during this turbulent time in Nigeria. Presently, Nigerians are going through all these and more: High cost of living No electricity High cost of fuel Inflation High exchange rates Kidnapping Hunger Hopelessness This list goes on and on. It's so sad! |

Music009:I never wanted to use the word "BAD". But this music to me was thrash. So I felt it's because I've been listening lucky dube and bob Marley that sing reggae to the core |
| Re: Patoranking - African Soldier Ft. Buju Banton (official Video) by IMPARTIAL: 2:45pm On Mar 13 |
Kalulu44:How many songs can you credit to Sean Paul? If you say Ranks, I won't quarell with you, but Buju is like an idol in Jamaica. Ask reggae fans and you will understand what I'm saying. |
| Re: Patoranking - African Soldier Ft. Buju Banton (official Video) by Shedrack777: 2:47pm On Mar 13 |
Softmen:guy, these are all reggae musicians you mentioned, but if you want the best reggae musician of all time, listen to lucky dube songs, you'll know why I call this thrash |
| Re: Patoranking - African Soldier Ft. Buju Banton (official Video) by Music009: 3:13pm On Mar 13 |
Shedrack777:Yes I will agree that Bob Marley, Peter Tosh and Jimmy Cliff exported reggae, but good music is good music. Pato Ranking was very good at copying reggae so his depth is not that deep. The reason why Whiz Kid has done 15 years is because his music is original. Davido has his own style. Burna Boy is always changing his style. Timaya suffered from not developing his style. In Music you must get a style and constantly change your style. As Tuface sang " Change your style, Change your pattern ". Look at Asake , he is master at that. Pato Ranking is Extremely talented , Singing is not his problem. The problem is knowing what songs to sing that will create a hit. To create a hit you must sing in a way no one has song before. That is the beginning of hit. |

Softmen:Omo forget o. Lucky Dube is Huge o. He won best selling African Artist in 1996 at World Music Awards. His fans in Nigeria are too much, there is this guy in my estate who I call " lucky Dube " because that is all he listens to. |
