Did they lease the land? If yes, how come they built a structure on it and started worshipping there? Who are the original owners of the land?

They see a vacant land and approach the owner since the owner isn't using it for anything they can develop it temporary. This practice is very common, I remember when we still play street football we will clear the vacant and be using it till the owner decide on it.
I guess that's what happen here, in the video it's some of the brethren that are complaining I am sure the pastor knows something like will eventually happen.

I'm patiently waiting for what they will center his re-election campaign on.

Maybe they will say continuity of the misery he has afflicted over 120 million people living below poverty line with ni, or that he will solve the insecurity issue has grown leaps and bounds under his administration.

We already know he has failed on most of his first term campaign promises like bringing fuel price and providing stable electricity.

So how his supporters will convince the people and those ones will gullibly re-elect him will say a lot about us as Nigerians. It will definitely make a statement about how Nigerians are not as smart as they claim to be (particularly the educated ones amongst us)

I understand how we clear unoccupied lands lying fallow and converting it to football pitch while we were younger. But how somebody will just go to an unoccupied land, clear it and erect a church on it without anybody challenging him for years is what I don't really think is clear.

I want to believe the incident happened in either Ogun state, Oyo State or Lagos State. Lands are valuable in those 3 states and people will not just go to sleep while on pastor will decide to build on a land he doesn't own nor got expressed permission from the owner.
