Kudos to Madrid for always showing up when needed, but that doesn't take away the fact that they have been abysmal this season. That kind of form they're in la liga, if it's in the epl, they won't be in top 4 now talkless of the 2nd they're occupying.

You are naming finals the la ligal won against the epl. But you forgot to mention the beating la liga teams received along the way from EPL teams winning theirs.

As for international competition, SA can't compare to Nigeria in terms of international trophies but our clubsides are zero compare to SA own. So that international logic doesn't hold waters.
Lastly! Accept it or leave it, epl is the best for now and that's why Uefa rank them so. La liga needs to usurp serie A for now before thinking of meeting epl.

Thanks for the Europa league correction, what about the ucl? All the ucl epl has been winning, there's none they didn't beat any la liga side going to the final. So using the finals only won by la liga teams doesn't justify it.

The whole world has entertainment industries, but how come it's only the US and the UK that the world knows more of their sportmen, musicians, comedians, actors and so on and so forth.

The US and UK are like the capitals of the world and everything about them will always get more attention and recognition than any other countries of the world.
