Is there a need to legalize one’s documents at MOFA and MOE?

Hello guys, I just got an email to confirm my AD. I'm yet to get an admission from any school ( does anyone know of any school i can get an admission quickly?). I did get an admission 2024 when I first applied for the AD but was unable to deffer the admission.

Can I propone my appointment date and still get another date this year ?

Please did you notarize your documents using a notary public from the high court or was it done by the Embassy? I am asking because on the website it stated that it can generally only be provided by German embassies or apostille from countries that adopt the Hague convention.
I am confused on how to go about this, please I need answers from anyone that has done this recently and gotten admission from FAU. Thanks in advance.🙏

Enrol her for German up to a C1 level. B2 is actually insufficient for study, communication and examination in medical courses.

Good day, everyone. I am pleased to share that I received my appointment date yesterday, for April 22, 2026, having applied on June 25, 2024.

I have an admission for the summer semester commencing on April 1st, and I am uncertain about the duration it might take to obtain a visa if approved following the interview. Would it be advisable to contact my school to request an extension pending the receipt of my visa? Additionally, does anyone have information regarding the typical processing time for a visa after the interview stage?

I would be most grateful if individuals with similar experiences could offer guidance on the appropriate course of action.

You should update the school of your current situation and request for a deferment of the admission till next semester or ask if they allow late resumption.
They will need to prepare another admission letter to be presented before Visa Officer during your appointment

I heard people said you can’t reschedule it, since the VFS took over. But trying won’t hurt. I recommend to reschedule to August- October.
