Wike never work outside politics in his entire life and everything he and his wife achieved today is linked to PDP, yet the same man make sure he pulled down the party from room to foundation. Meanwhile, if paraventure he dump from APC tomorrow, he will run back to PDP, the same party will still carry him and be singing Hossana behind him. If hey talk, they say no permanent enemy but permanent interest. |

It's karma that visited PDP,a party that institutionalized corruption and Fraud in Nigeria. We are yet to come out fully of their sixteen locust years reign. |

This is a disingenuous article. He did not mention Atiku. Atiku is one of the main architects of the PDP’s demise. He hangars up against the party in 2014/15. He did not respect the zoning arrangement in 2023 and the rest is history. |

Well written - captures virtually all the actors and factors in the self-destruct drama in the party! |

Orlandoo:. aybe after Tinubu joins our ancestors. until then, APC will grow stronger and stronger |

lenghtinny:I tried to read through to know if Atiku name would pop, but No. Accusing finger was pointed at Wike and likes. Yes they contributed to the collapse of PDP but the greed and thirst for power of Atiku contributed immensely to the final death especially after the last election. He had no business contesting that election. Guess same thing will play out in 2027 |
| Re: Obituary For The PDP - Kperogi Farooq by Bemby69(m): 2:17pm On Mar 14 |
SeeWahala:One can't blame Wike alone, Atiku's lack of tact with Wike also contributed. |
| Re: Obituary For The PDP - Kperogi Farooq by Deadlytruth(m): 2:35pm On Mar 14 |
crusufixo:PDP merging with ADC will mean a faction of PDP merging with another faction. ADC is actually just a faction of PDP as those who currently make up ADC are nearly all migrants from the PDP. |

lenghtinny:Atiku's megalomaniac need to continue to be the Presidential candidate over and over again killed the party as did the greed of the delegates in accepting his money. They didn't have the country at heart anyway, good riddance to bad rubbish |
| Re: Obituary For The PDP - Kperogi Farooq by Deadlytruth(m): 2:49pm On Mar 14 |
Fiscus105:You seem to have forgotten that the same Wike sacrificed his entire political being and career to keep the PDP alive for good eight years beginning from 2015 when the party lost power and nearly all the other key members like Atiku, Tambuwal, and even Jonathan etc directly or indirectly jumped ship to the APC to romance there with Buhari only for them to come back to the same PDP when election was approaching and expecting the Wike who had so much sacrificed to just sit back and watch them hijack the party again in the name of taking the 2023 presidential election ticket. Put yourself in Wilke's shoes and see if you would have acted differently. |

This is where leadership matters... APC would not have survived if not for Tinubu's leadership, and if he were to leave, I don't see anyone in that party who could lead. Wike has a strong political will and might, but also surrounded by enemies and may not be able to lead for long. Atiku, Obi dó not have any leadership skills and nothing is expected from them I see Gbajabiamila can mobilise, but can he sustain it with a good leadership skill? Akpabio, El-Rufai, Amachi are regional leader, but can't sacrifice themselves for national. I see military setting after 2031. |

crusufixo:You don't understand politics. If PDP merged it means that you have killed the party bcoz will withdraw the registration. My advice is for PDP to go ahead and see the number of senators reps members etc it can get and forget about presidency. |

| Re: Obituary For The PDP - Kperogi Farooq by shineeye1: 6:53pm On Mar 14 |
This is an obituary of empty casket. APC of today is made up of all the actors of PDP. APC is just burying an empty coffin. A proper burial will come when these actors fully occupy their coffins |
