Sorry to hear about your loss, may the Lord restore back to you in multiple folds all that is taken from you. I am interesting in how OPay/easy money transfer the loan to the number they transfer money to from your account. What do you tell them? What do you present as evidence? And what questions do they ask before doing that? maclatunji: |

Sonnobax15:You nailed it bro. I have have this habit of keeping change I collected from drivers in my pocket instead of tucking it into my wallet. This habit saved me one day, around Itire axis. My wallet mistakenly fell inside korope. But the change I have in my pocket was what transported me home if not I would have turn to beggar that day. And my phone was off. The sweetest part was that the passenger who found the wallet in the korope gave it to the driver and instructed the driver to get in touch with the owner and return it. Thank God my business cards were in my wallet. The driver called and returned. |

Not a guarantee either. Even women dey follow them to make the setup look more legitimate. How many times have we seen these ribbers paraded by police and the criminals includes women. Sonnobax15: |

The part where they "poured plenty robb for your eyes" actually made me laugh besides myself. They did it to prevent your wicked🙂 eyes from catching their plate number. |

Entering private vehicle in Lagos is a big risk.. except a bolt or uber ride you booked yourself. All the same, thank God you weren't hurt. The ones in Abuja na 'odaju' dem be. May God replenish you in multiple folds |

Hmmm! I can imagine the pain. Thank God for your life. Lagos is filled with so many criminals. I ensure I don’t get pushed for any reason to the extent of not having the time to do my due diligence. And for private cars in Lagos, I see this happening a lot ladies when returning home from work jump in private cars as if they know the driver. Perhaps what gives them the confidence is because it’s afternoon thinking nobody could harm them at a broad day light. I know that God factor is involved in everything we do , but one needs to calculate and act based on one’s environment. Why would anyone even think of entering a private car in a place like Lagos, even Abeokuta. A place like Ife Osun State, you can do that but not in environments filled with all manners of hoodlums. Then in a place like Lagos , once you step out , you don’t have any friend. If anyone tries to help you use your sense and if something feels oddly and doesn’t seat well with you , take firm decision and stay selfish. Even in Korope, I stop and alight if I feel uncomfortable. I simply tell the driver I left one important item at home. |

Legitbeauru:When returning home ladies do it for same reason people jump on airplanes despite plane crashes - because 99.99% of the time nothing happens. Same reason oloshos will jump in a total stanger's car with total confidence! |

One day you'll enter one because,,, not only because there was a woman inside bus but because you saw a pregnant or old grandma and enter, then it will be too late when you realize you entered one chance ![]() Those people are smarter than you and thinks ahead of you in changing strategy to deceive you ![]() |

Sorry bro. In 2014 or 2015, I was going to Ilorin from Ife. I want to take sole. I saw a vehicle going to Ilorin with all the seat full of men. I stopped the vehicle but as I saw that all were full men, I said I am not going anymore lolz. Some of them even laughed 😅 🤣 |
